One of the great pleasures of living on Chincoteague is the Third Tuesday Book Club at 7:00 pm where we meet for fun, laughs, and of course a rich discussion of good reads. We are not shy about controversial topics, because we have become friends- it is just the characters in the books that we dissect, defend, and sometimes even despise. And that is one of the joys of books, being immersed in someone else’s life for 350 pages. We learn about ourselves our neighbors, and our world.
