Eastern Shore Public Library

Summer Programs

Summer Reading – Reading by Design

Keep up and improve your reading skills this summer! At your public library, kids of all ages can sign up to track their summer reading and earn prizes. The program begins on June 19 and ends on August 19. Registration begins on June 12. Just visit our website or stop by the library to sign up. Complete the program and get all of the existing fines on your youth account forgiven. For more details, please call or visit your public library.

Summer Events – STREAM, Crafts, Legos

Excitement and fun await those who journey to the public library. In addition to reading great books, library patrons can participate in other exciting library programs. We have plans to make the library a great place to read, imagine, and design!

We will be designing and creating with Legos, recycled items, blocks, and more. We also plan to have many STREAM events where we will learn about and explore Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and/or Math. Check with your public library to determine if preregistration is required.

As always, library programs are FREE.

We continue to plan more events and all events are subject to change, so please call your public library prior to the event to confirm dates and times. A current calendar of events is available on the Eastern Shore Public Library’s website at: www.espl.org.
