Complete the program and get all of the existing fines on your youth account forgiven.
Summer Events – STREAM, Crafts, Legos
In addition to reading great books, library patrons can participate in other exciting library programs. We have plans to make the library a great place to read, imagine, and design!
We will be designing and creating with Legos, recycled items, blocks, and more. We also plan to have many STREAM events where we will learn about and explore Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and/or Math.
We will also enjoy visits from groups such as the Nature Conservancy, the Chincoteague Bay Field Station, and the Salisbury Zoo.
All programs are free and open to the public, although some require preregistration due to space limitations.
A current calendar of events is available on the Eastern Shore Public Library’s website at www.espl.org or visit your local library for a print copy. All events are subject to change, so please call your library prior to the event to confirm dates and times and registration requirements.
Support and/or prizes are provided by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, Eastern Shore Rural Health, Riverside Hospital, United Way of Virginia’s Eastern Shore, and the Library of Virginia. Financial and volunteer support comes from the Friends groups of Cape Charles, Nassawadox, and Accomac libraries and the large group of volunteers at the Chincoteague Island library.
